Our Fleet Management Contract encompasses all elements associated with ensuring that all vehicles fully maintained and compliant with Ministry of Transport standards. This package includes scheduling services, ministry inspections, and any relevant ancillary testing.
All of our administration is centralised which offers continuity in your fleet even if you’re running a multi site operation covering the length and breadth of the UK and/or across Europe.
For larger fleets we can offer consolidated invoicing for all vehicle repair costs, saving our clients time and money in the processing of costs. Our management reports will identify specific costs which need addressing and together we’ll drive them down.
IVCL Vehicle Management provides all the benefits of a full Contract Hire agreement. We want you to benefit from our expertise in the maintenance of commercial vehicles and its commercial buying power for parts and labour nationwide.
We have a network of wholly owned workshops that are supplemented by other fully approved and authorised repair agents based throughout the UK and the Europe. This results in a prompt response to breakdowns, 24 hours a day, seven days a week and ensures that vehicles are back on the road with a minimum of downtime or alternatively replaced with short term rental vehicles if required, whilst repairs are carried out.

Complete maintenance and repair history records in electronic and paper form are held for each vehicle and trailer in support of Operator Licence requirements.
